Adams, John Dern, JVW.JJ. White00tton, John G.Sharp, Angus T. Wright, James 11. Peterson, David mattson, Joseph Quinney, Jr., Hazel L. Dunford and George T. Odell, parties of the first part, hereinafter iesigriated and sailed the "oollege", end the Utah Power and light Company, a corporation of tfca State of JPaine, party of the second part, hereinafter designated and called the "Power Company", and the Dtah Light and Railway Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, a party of the third part, hereinafter lesignated and called the "Utah light", "'ITH3SS2TH: WHiiHaAS on the 2nd day of August 1911, an la.gr cement was entered into by and between the 'Ooard of Trustees of the Agricultural Oollege of Utah, the Telluride Power Company -jail the Utah Light and Railway Company, in which the following recitals from an integral part, to-wit; "Whereas the Telluride is the owner of a hydro-electric generating station near Logan, Jtah, and owns a certain tract of land below said station, which it acquired in connection Therewith by condemnation pro- ceedings from the State of Utah under a decree of the "District Court of Cache County, Utah, may 16, 190a, which taatot is particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point from which the N.W.Corner of Sec. 36, Tp. 12 S.R. 1 g. S.L.M. bears BF. SO deg. 22 min. ft*. 1475.1 feet; thence g. 16 deg. 6 lain. W. 115.0 feet; thence N. 2 deg. 4,0 min. ?'. 212.5 feet; thence 5.0. leg. 18 sin. 0. 255.5 feet; thence h.34 deg. 58 min. 0. 119.5 feet; thence H. 65 deg. 56 min. 3. 169.5 feet; thence S. 34 leg. 21 min. .3. 390 feet; thence S. 60 feet on 3. boundary line of H.W. % of S.1JF. § of said Sec. 36; thence II. 65 leg. 5 min.
