Abstract	In accordance with a request of April 12, 1946 made at the Tri-State Compact Committee meeting in Montpelier, Idaho, a tentative draft of the Bear River Compact was prepared. Other pertinent data have been compiled by W.V. Iorns in the form of a combined report: Foreword--Discussion of Water rights tabulation--Tabulation of water rights on main stem of Bear River and Smiths Fork--Tentative Draft of Bear River Compact--Discussion of draft--Discussion of Hydrographs showing resultant compact allocations to each state if the compact had been in effect 1944-1946--Plates and tables for Bear River Compact report.
