Description	M.S. thesis by Dale Clair Christensen, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in the School of Arts and Science, Department of Botany, Utah State Agricultural College, May 1938. Written under direction of Professor Frank B. Wann. Typewritten, carbon copy, 24 single-sided pages, with two illustrations pasted in (one is a map showing the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge; the other is a 3.5 in. b&w square photograph showing "Effect of Turbidity on Plant Growth"). Includes tables and charts.
Abstract	Chemically analyzed a variety of plants from the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge at intervals throughout the growing season to determine the following constituents: carbohydrates, nitrogen, crude fat, crude fiber, total ash, and the following ash constituents: Ca, P, Mg, Na, K, and Cl.
