The College is the o?«ner of a hydro-electric plant, located on

referred to as the College Plant. Powr Company is an electric utility corporation zngzgzz in the generation* distribution r-nd sale of
electricity to its customers In the State of Utah and elsewhere, and
owns and operates its Logan hydro-electric plant located upstream fros.
s&Id College Plant, In said Sec* 2-8. At certs-.in times and seasons the
output of said College Plant Is in excess of the College*s needs, and
for the purpose of disposing of such excess electricity &&& in consideration of the matters and agreements herein contained, it is a2hEB3f
mutually prouised and agreed by and between HM| parties as follows,

1. The College will sell and deliver to N*Mf Company, at 44,000
volts, such electric pdwer and energy generated at its said College
Plant as may be in excess of the consumption requirements of Utah State
Agricultural College located at Logan City, Utah. Pov?er Company agrees
to accept m$4 pay for such electricity at th© rat© of two {$) sills
(-,odp) p*r ;cwh., payments therefore to be m&d*. monthly, an<l on or
before tha 13 th day of each month following the month during which
wuch energy is delivered. All payments shall be made to the College
at Logan City, Utah*

based upon metering equipment v„hlch shall be installed, maintained and
read er*ch ssonth by the College; provided, that Power Company shall at
all times have access to said equipment, and rpay also Install «nd
