Description	Final decree issued giving Utah Power & Light Company the right to divert water via the "rainbow canal" from the Bear River at Stewart Dam to store in the Bear Lake Reservoir, consisting of Bear Lake and Mud or North Lake. In addition to the above storage rights of the plaintiff, the decree also gives rights to both the plaintiff and defendants for water from the Bear River and its tributaries according to the Schedule of Rights included in the decree. Defendants include the Last Chance Canal Company, the Budge Land and Livestock Company Limited, The Bench Canal, Tanner Canal Company Limited, and many other companies and individuals. The Schedule of Rights specifies Date of Priority, Amount in Second Feet, and Point of Division and Place of Use for each entry.
