Landscape Architecture Land Planning Lrban Design Tourism Planning 9621 4th Street NW Albuquerque, New Mexico 87114 Telephone 505 890-1815 Facsimile 505 890-1817 Aspen Denver Phoenix Santa Fe Sao Paulo Vail Phase 3A Punch List To: Jack Eichorn Dave Daniel Mike Bacca ^33^10 T^-__lf? i— From: Anne Desjardin Date: August 23, 1996 Based on our walk through today, the following items need to be completed to close out Phase 3A: Academy Road between Imperata and Tramway • Turn path to either side of barricade to meet crosswalk at intersection of Academy Road and Imperata. • Smooth down 'banks' on edges of path • Transplant bear grass and mountain mahogany (2) • Disk and reseed 'scar' on west end of Academy • Trim dead branches off transplanted apache plume • Various areas need fine grading • Repair guy wire on pinon Spain Road between Imperata and Tramway • Trim apache plume extending into path • Remove various concrete remnants • Grade flush at wheelchair ramp at intersection of Cortaderia and Spain • Trim steel edging at same intersection • Move 'seat rock' to Phase 4 flagstone area • Replace dead bear grass • Hold off planting chamisa and apache plume near Tramway Please let me know if you have any questions.
