Description	Autobiographical account of Goudy E. Hogan, from 1837 to 1880. Included in this account is the immigration of the Hogan family from Norway to America, their conversion to Mormonism while in America, the death of Joseph Smith, settling the Utah territory,frontier life in Cache Valley and southern Utah, experience with the Gold Rush in California, polygymous marriages, experimenting with the United Order in Orderville, service in the Mormon church hierarchy, and mission accounts in Norway. At the end of this account are two biographical sketches of Knud Chrestensen Nelson and Karen Margrette Chrestensen. A copy of this account as well as the Knud Chrestensen Nelson and Karen Margrette Chrestensen accounts are also available individually in this collection.
