Description	This proposed Rehabilitation and Betterment Program for the Hyrum Project describes the history and current condition of the Hyrum Project facilities, parts of which were over 50 years old in 1989. This report seeks to (1) describe the need for the R & B program; (2) suggest a plan to accomplish the needed work; and (3) evaluate the association's ability to repay the loan. Facilities of the Hyrum Project include the following: (1) Hyrum Dam and Reservoir on the Little Bear River; (2) the 9 cubic feet per second (cfs) capacity Hyrum Feeder Canal; (3) the 89 cfs capacity Hyrum-Mendon Canal; (4) the 15 cfs capacity Wellsville Canal; and (5) the 16 cfs capacity Wellsville Pump-Turbine Plant.
