IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
U.S.GOVERNMENT NO LONGER AMERICAN
Summary
The federal Government no longer adheres to the principles
of its founders.
Based on the concept of inalienable rights of the individual,
the Constitution of the United States restricted the government,
establishing checks and balances through th division of pove rs
among its Legislative, Administrative and Judicial branches.
This arrangement, which was intended to preserve and protect
the divine right of the citizen to life, liberty and the pur*uit
of happiness,sahas been perverted to establish the "divine right"
of the government to do what it deems best for and to the
ci ti zen.
The three arms of the federal Government are now working in
concert rather than checking each other. Their combined power,
based on unlimited taxation, is destroying the sovereignty of
the several States.
When the 16th Amendment was adopted, giving the r'ederal
Government control of the earnings of the people, such a result
was predictable.
The Congress has legislated most of the other reforms demanded
by the Communist Manifesto into the law of the land.
