Mayor,  J.  C.  Sorensen conducted "business.
Members present:    Wm. Hughes, Henry Stauffer, Jens Jensen,
Edgar Hancock, as Councilmen.    W.  S. Willie,  City Recorder, G-.  C.
Walker, Marshall.
Appointment of Committees "by Mayor J.  C.  Sorensen, Wm. Hughes,
and Henry Stauffer on streets. Thomas Muir and Jens  Jensen on Lights
and Water Works.    Health Board, Edgar Hancock and Jens Jensen.
Talk on work of committees.    Discussion of Marshall's w> rk
and Justice of Peace, whether the City needs a Justice or not.
Council Adjourned.

Mayor,  J.  C.  Sorensen conducted "business.
Members of Council present were:    Wm. Hughes, Henry Stauffer,
Jens Jensen, Edgar Hancock.    Recorder, W. S. Willie, Marshall G.  C.
Walker.
Approval of "bills for road work, and received rent for
City Park for 1925.
Talk of Qity Marshall and his work.    Discussion of  safety
conditions of city property.
Motioned that present Marshall continue duties another month,
and a Justice of Peace "be secured.    Motion approved.    Moved that ^. J.
Hancock have position as City Plumher to he paid for work done, at the
rate of 60©* per hour.
