Minutes ofC Council Meeting held January. 2nd, 1929.
Mayor, H. J. Richards presided and tool-: charge of business.
Members of council present were G. C, Walker, Earl Bird, Claud A. Sorensen,
Marshal, and Recorder.
Minutes of previous meeting was approved to stand as read.
Bills for approval '.ere as follows:
To W. I. Sorensen, for coal for city hall, 3?«80
To 0. J. Barrett, for a load of wood for the -■-city hall, 36.00
To A. W. Richards, t>" day with team making trails, 32.00
To Wm. Buist, g day with team making trails, 32.00
Mr. Schiffman and Wife came in again to find out 'what the city is
going to do in regards to the Hardman Corral.
It was Moved and seconed and approved by the council that the City Clerk-
give Mr. Bernard Hardman a written notace^to move his corral which is on the
street and clean it up and put'.'same in as good a condition as before the lease
was signed,. This must all be done within thirty days from date of said notice.
(Claused That providing weather conditions are such that it is imposible to move
the corral and clean it up,,that Mr. Hardman can come in and ask the council for
more time and the council will grant it to him if nessary.
Moved and seconed that this part of the minutes be approved as read.
Talk of Reports of ex■ enr>e arid revenus for the year 1928.
Council agreed to adjourn.
