AH GO-OP MANAGERS:
We urge that you carefully study the attached
operations chart* It represents a good deal of planning
by the Board of Directors and the UCA etaff.
The four sections at the top of the chart describe
the various departments. The dotted lines in each case
point to the name of the individual having responsibility
for each function.  The chart, of course, is subject to
change as the need arises. We expect to keep it up to
date so that all of those having direct dealings with
the wholesale can readily reach the right person for
each specific job.
