Map shows entire county, with township and range grid and detailed topographical features such as elevation, rivers, cities, county boundaries, roads (by type), canals, pumping plants, and railroads. Drawn by Eugene Schaub, County Engineer with assistance from Conrad E. Schaub. Data was taken from U.S. Quadrangles, U.S. Land Surveys, County and private records. Commission includes: Levi H. Allen, chairman, W.W. Hall, Thomas Muir, and Carl V. Mohr, clerk. Scale: 1 inch = 1 mile. Map colors are hand drawn blue on ivory. Dimensions of original map: 48.5 x 36 inches.
