Tips on viewing pages and articles:
Viewing an issue or page:
From a search results list, click on the issue you wish to open. To open a page, from the table of contents (left column), clicking on the page number.
Viewing an article:
To see a list of the articles on a given page, click on the word “Articles” just below the page number. Click on any article headline to display the image of the article. Sometimes the imaged article is difficult to read. To see the typed transcription of an article, change the View in the drop-down box at the top of the table of contents column so that it reads Page & Text, then click Go. We are slowly improving these transcriptions using volunteer transcribers and are currently up to 1882 in this project. The corrected transcriptions not only are much easier to read, but also improve search results. If you would like to join this volunteer transcriber group, email Cheryl.Walters@usu.edu. The only tools you need are internet access via any browser, a word processing application such as Word, and email.
